Because most of our products are customized and personalized (e.g., business cards, flyers, branded items), we generally cannot accept returns once printing or production has been completed. However, refunds or reprints may be considered in the following cases:

Printing errors caused by Doculand (e.g., wrong design, incorrect quantity, poor finishing).

Failure to deliver the product within the agreed timeline (except in cases caused by events beyond our control).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be provided in situations such as:

Errors in the artwork or content approved by the customer before printing.

Customer’s change of mind after production has begun.

Slight color variations due to standard printing processes.

Delays caused by late submission of artwork or approvals from the customer.
3. Request Process
If you experience an issue with your order:

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, arrange for a refund, partial credit, or reprint.
4. Resolution Options
Depending on the case, Doculand may offer:

Reprinting of the affected items at no additional cost.

Partial refund or store credit toward a future order.

Full refund (only in cases where the product cannot be reprinted or corrected).
5. Turnaround for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used for the order.
